President & CEO | Eric Aharoni
Having been in the solar industry since 2011, Eric Aharoni founded Best Solar Power Inc. in 2012.
Best Solar Power is a leader in the residential solar power industry, by using state of the art technology, with experienced crews, and a well-versed sales team.
A fierce and successful entrepreneur who’s acting as the CEO of the company, Eric grew the company from the ground up to over 100 employees.
As an exceptional leader, Eric is committed to a high standard of quality work and customer service to all its clients, as well as maintaining a pleasant and positive work environment to all of the employees at Best Solar Power.
Vice President | Rom Levitzky
Rom has been involved in the solar industry since 2011, and joined forces with Eric Aharoni and Best Solar Power Inc. in 2014.
A motivator and a mentor, Rom has over 18 years of diversified experience of providing strategic planning and solutions, visualization, and sales. Rom spearheads and oversees the sales team of the company that consists of 25 sales people.
Prior to that, Rom served for 9 years at the Israeli secret service.
Office Manager | Nitsan Lankry
Nitsan joined the team at Best Solar Power in May 2019. She is currently the in house accountant and office manager. Nitsan moved to California from Israel in 2015 and prior to that she built up experience working in business banking. She has great work ethic, brings a lot of energy to the office, and carries a lot of responsibility.
CFO | David Lankry
David Lankry joined Best Solar Power as Chief Financial Officer in February 2013. In this position, David is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction.
Prior to joining Best Solar Power, David started his career on the East Coast working as a Commercial Project Manager for one of the largest commercial properties in New Jersey.
Preceding his status as CFO, David was one of the leading sales representatives in the office, helping over 100's of families. He built a reputation for building a very strong, assertive and optimistic team.

Senior Project Manager | Yvonne Garcia
Yvonne has over 5 years of experience in the solar industry with extensive experience managing large, complex multi-use development projects. She began her experience in business management at California State University Northridge where she graduated with her Bachelors Degree. She began her career as an assistant manager and evolved into the position of Production Manager. In her role as a Production Manager, Yvonne nurtures an environment of teamwork and her strong communication and client service skills enhances a process-driven management philosophy.
